How does this whole therapy thing work?
I work with highly motivated clients dealing with anxiety and trauma-related issues that are looking for compassionate, safe accountability. We will start therapy getting some history from you and identifying the goals you want to work on to help you get to that best version of yourself. Many clients I work with feel an alleviation of symptoms in those first few sessions.
